[geeks] ddr sodimms wtd

a thinkpad t30 is shortly to join our network here.  it's coming with
only 256M, so i'm looking for a pair of 512M low density [16 chip] ddr
sodimms, pc2100 or better, to max it out.  before i pull the trigger on
crucial or memoryx [anyone else] or ebay [is ebay a good idea for
this?], does anyone have sticks they don't need?
