Watt ratings on power supplies don't mean much if the manufacturer doesn't
release the temperature they tested the power supply at (i.e. feed a power
supply low-temperature air and it will perform better and a manufacturer
can slap a high watt rating on it).  And there's nothing to stop
manufacturers from lying either:

Can you provide all the details from the power supply?  Make/model/UL code,
any data printed about amperages on the various voltage rails, etc.
