[geeks] Super/ultra capacitors for energy storage

Last week I watched a storage company's demo via WebEx. They use a big
capacitor instead of a battery to provide enough power to keep the thing
running long enough to flush the cache when the lights go out.

   When I compare that to the cache backup batteries in Sun A1000 arrays
-- which had to be replaced every few years -- I am pretty interested.
