I suspect the problem you're going to run into is height of the heatsink
in a 1U chassis.  The NewEgg listing on that Zotac card has alternate
views that show it fits entirely within a single slot width:

Can't find a decent photo of the Sapphire card that shows the height of
the heatsink.
