Correct - it's a Windows 7 box.

I just need to make a DOS bootable floppy and load the tool on it.

I guess I'm surprised that the BIOS could be the problem... Memtest86+ has
been running for 4 hours on the box w/ the memory installed that fails the
BIOS RAM test everytime

The assumption I'm making is that memtest86+ is a known-good test - should I
question that assumption?
