That was a long, long time ago...

Win95 took some 20 floppies to install just the OS, that exceeds any practical
limit for a reasonable backup on floppies.

We used to backup floppies onto other floppies, and early home users did
selective backups to floppies from their massive 10-20 meg HDs in their Mac
Plus an PC/AT...
