[geeks] NVRAMs for Suns

I got some off of e-bay recently and they were fine (NOS, original
part numbers.) ... someone posted (either here or CCtech) about a
newer model from ST that is pin/plug compatible. I'll dig through my
archives, but I have a lot on my plate right now.
