[geeks] NVRAMs for Suns

Is this part fairly universal across Suns? As the proud owner of about two
dozen systems in various states of entropy I'm curious how universal this one
part is. I have examples of the following boxes that are in need of
replacement IDPROMs:
SS/5
SS/20
Ultra 1, Ultra 2
Ultra 5/10
Ultra 30/60
Netra T105 [0]
SunFire V240 [0]
While most aren't worth $20/ea to put back in service (to me), I would
STRONGLY prefer to hand off these systems to someone who is willing to invest
in new chips and get them back online, and being able to hand someone an
instruction sheet and a supplier part number known to work might help me give
away (vs scrapping) the above systems...
(The two rack servers marked [0] are currently running fine, but I know I plan
on holding on to the v240, I'm still up in the air with the t105, and
proactively replacing this part now could greatly extend their useful life
IMHO...)
So, is the mentioned part (M48T0815PC1) universal across the above listed
systems?
Thanks,
Lionel
