[geeks] Non-protruding battery for Thinkpad T61p?

Anybody know if there was ever a battery produced that will work in
one of the 15.4" Thinkpad T61p's that *doesn't* protrude past the
back of the machine?  

I don't really like the "row of cells sticking out the back" look on the
larger capacity batteries, and I won't have much need to use this
particular machine when away from a power outlet.
