[geeks] MacBook5,1 problems

I've had these problems on older machines.  In my case, it was caused by
plug-ins that somehow, messed things up.  I have had that happen.  Try
disabling some of them and see if things improve.  The only thing I did
before was delete the browser (easy when it's Firefox or something you
added) and reinstall it.  All of my Macs are PPC and I think yours is
Intel.  Too bad.  I'm now using TenFourFox which doesn't allow plug-ins,
just add-ons.  So far, no problems (yet, fingers  crossed).
