Buyers get what sellers are selling, sure - but *cost* is not why resellers
include pirated windows, they include pirated windows because that is what the
buyers want. Windows has a "perceived" value greater than all other options to
the buyers.

I understand it is market momentum, but it isn't cost that is driving the
momentum, it is the desire to have what their friends have so they can rely on
others for assistance or it is what they know from school/work. Those are
reasons that inform their decision.
