[geeks] Small monitor?

I have a small machine - architecturally a peecee :-( - which I
sometimes take with me on trips.  I'd like a portable monitor to go
with it.  It doesn't need to handle more than text console, but it is
important that it be physically small (say, in the 4 to 8 diagonal-inch
range) and handle a DE-15 ("VGA") video feed.

I've found some evidence that such things exist, in the form of ads
from suppliers - typically with a minimum order of 10 units from
someplace I've never heard of in China, with no obvious documentation.
Probably without case or power supply, too, since they seem intended
for OEMs.  Less than terrifically helpful.

Anyone have any recommendations, positive or negative, or other
thoughts on the matter?
