[geeks] Solaris repo files source?

Working on trying to do system updates, I have local file:// repos set
up for Solaris 11.3 and 11.3 SRU35, but it appears I cannot go from what
is apparently SRU1 to SRU35 in a single step.  Does anyone know the
minimum intervening SRUs steps I can hit to get to an SRU of 23 or
higher (23 being the minimum SRU to be able to update-in-place to 11.4),
and, more importantly, know where I can obtain the zipped repo files for
those intervening versions, lacking an Oracle OS support license?
