IIRC somebody recently (late last winter/early spring 2020) updated the
linker and macro assembler to support some features that were missing and
also I think they maybe even make it compile with a modern C compiler and
thus be able to cross assemble/link from a modern Mac as they wanted to
play on the raw HW and wanted to be able to create bootable images for
simh. You'll need to poke through the TUHS mailing list archive to find
the details.
