I think you can still download the .bin file from sites of the previous
projects, from which memtest.org is a (I believe) very recent fork of.

Anyway, I keep a copy of memtest86+-4.10.bin, memtest86+-4.20.bin, and
memtest86+-5.01.bin on my multiboot USB drive.  Do you have any place
where I could upload any of them for you?
