In another box I came across an 8 port KVM that uses 'normal' 13W3 video cables and sun mini-DIN keyboard/mouse cables (none included).

It's about 12x6x4 inches wide/deep/high, it has 8 interlocked buttons across its front, you manually 'chunk' the system you want to connect to.

Actual postage and it's yours - it's got a little bit of weight, but it should easily fit in a $20 USPS priority box, or maybe a smaller one.
