[geeks] Sun-3/60: hardware info?

I'm looking at doing a Sun-3/60 emulator.  I'd like to emulate the
whole machine, but for that I'd need info about how all the hardware is
accessed.

So far I have failed to turn up such information.  The major piece I
don't see any simple way to get at the moment is a dump of the ROM; I
haven't managed to find any reference for where it lives in the memory
map and/or how to dump it.

Some of this obviously must be out there somewhere, or we wouldn't have
open-source systems running on -3/60s.  But I haven't found it all
gathered together.  Much of it I can probably winkle out of open-source
kernels, but some, less so, and I'd rather use a single collected
reference if one is openly available.

Anyone happen to know of any?
