NETTREK!!!!!!!
How would I turn an old SE into a terminal? Zterm should do the job on the
software end, but what cable would I need to pull it off? Mac printer
cable? Modem cable? Something more special?

Swinging slowly back on track, there's a great use for old compact Macs
(Plus/SE/Classic) for us workstation-heads. They make great serial
terminals and are very compact, and usually far cheaper than the $75-100
that a used terminal will cost. With a bit of work you can set them up to
boot into a terminal program automatically and you don't even need to keep
a mouse hooked up.
I'm always on the lookout for them, so if anyone finds a pallet of them
drop me a line. Heck, I'd even pay money for an SE/30, if only to play
NetTrek. :-)
