The bushing diameter seems to be about 1/4 inch or possibly a little
smaller.  The wheel drive diameter seems to be between 3/8 and 1/2 inch.
My expectation is that something with a 1/4 inch inner diameter and a
7/16 or 1/2 inch outer diameter would probably work.  Lab vacuum hose
is too big.  I will have to check around the auto parts houses and see
if they may have something a little smaller.  It needs to be fairly
soft rubber so that it grabs the harder rubber drive wheel of the
cartridge.
