Hum.. Sorry but the W is "wide" not "ultra-wide". So this means the 
difference is 

XP32150 -> 50 pin connector Fast Scsi2
XP32150W -> 68 pin connector Fast Wide SCSI2 

This is _my_ _opinion_ !!!
