[SunRescue] Parallax Framebuffer

I've got my hands on a Parallax Graphics Xvideo VIO card; can't find any
information about it in any of the obvious sources. Does anyone have any
information on its capabilities or perhaps a pointer to some docs or
software?
The mfgr homepage (www.parallax.com) doesn't resolve.
