[SunRescue] Formating of subjects

I was wondering if now that we are getting more traffic on the list, we
could agree on some formatting for the subject line. something like:

Rescue Needed: AZ  - for a machine needing recuse in AZ
Specs: For hardware specs
Hardware Needed: for someone needing any hardware
etc etc

or even
[RN]
[Q]
[S]
[HN]
etc etc

At least get the converstaion going for it. something so the subject
lines can be more speedily scanned.
