[SunRescue] Ultrasparc CPUs?

Question regarding UltraSparc CPUs (Ultra 5 & 10) -- is it possible
to remove the actual UltraSparc from the CPU board and replace it
with a different one, of a different speed, or is there something
inherent to the speed of the CPU on the CPU board?  Are there
torque specs on the screws holding down the CPU?
