So is anyone capable and willing to provide me with the Xncd19r
boot image?  The TFTP server mentioned above is not effective,
it times out during transfer, implying that the file does not
exist.

Please help my 5 new 19r's come to life... :)

Oh, and by the way, I have two extra 19r displays (no bases)
if anyone has one that is dying or dead.
