[SunRescue] Troubles with SunPCi

I recently purchased and Ultra 10 and it happend to come with a SunPCi card
installed in it.
I went to Sun's site and downloaded some files from:

http://www.sun.com/desktop/products/sunpci/sunpci_download.html

I got the files:

SUNWspci122.tar.Z & SUNWspci.tar.Z

I read the installation instructions for the card, but for the life of me I
cannot
seem to get the files to install the way as perscribed in the instructions.

Could someone please give me a step by step on how to install the file(s)
so I can get this damn thing working?!? I must be missing something....
