Hi, as far as I know, ss4/5 use a 5V 168pin DIMM. I have read somewhere that 
they are compatible with the DIMMs in the 7500/8500 powerpc based Macintosh.
If you try to insert a standard DIMM (PC100) into the memory solt, you will
discover that the two holes (the key?) is shifted by one pin.
