Shouldn't be too bad with 128MB.  11.0 is proving to be difficult to get
from HP, unfortunately.

Find someone to tunnel through.  Here on the west coast CISCO, DIGITAL-CA
and ISI are the best bets.  Ping some pTLA and pNLA endpoints and find the
best fit.
