TAPCO.com has good deals on bayonets - M4s, etc.  I picked up an M4
in excellent condition with sheath for $19.99.  

I usually just go the to outdoor outfitters to get new knives. 
Actually, the last knife I bought was 2 years ago out in Livermore,

It's a Sahara Jr (not black, not serrated) and it lives clipped to
the inside of my pocket (technically not concealed :)

TAPCO also has one of my latest finds - a russian Mosin-Nagant that
fires 7.62x54R rounds.
