[SunRescue] cgRDI framebuffer

[Mike Nicewonger]

The LCD on this box is either 800x600 or 1024x768 the 640x480 is squeezed
into the middle of the screen. I guess I could have made that clearer. If I
set the thing to 800x600 and do not specify a refresh rate will it default
to it's native rate?
