Kent, 

Let me check the stock at home of FDDI/CDDI cards I have (for my yet to be
implemented FDDI setup). I don't recall offhand if I have a single-wide card
that's dual attach. If I do, I'd certainly be open to working something out.

Along those lines, does anyone have a source for cheap/free fiber cable with
the appropriate connectors?

SBus slot?  The only one that I'm familiar with is dual-width SBus, thus
unusable on a Ultra 1/170e(the target platform).  I'd use two
single-width FDDI cards for this, but the system needs an extra Fast
Ethernet adapter, so only one SBus slot is available.
