[SunRescue] urgently needed: 4 SM100s and a SS5 internal CD-ROM

Anybody know where I can get the following, as cheaply and as quickly
as possible:

4 SM100 CPUs (for 4/6x0 boards)
1 2x "purple slimline" Toshiba XM4101B internal cdrom for a SS5/20 with
  mounting bracket
