Looks like someone's got RC5 running on his network :)

In General, 1.00 Load Average per CPU on a system is ok. That means the
CPU is "pegged". Anything higher and generally you have processes having
to wait for CPU time (i.e. your processor run queueu is building).

Take your Load Average, and divide it by the # of CPU's in the system
and you get your load average per CPU.

Keep in mind that some application can't take advantage of more than one
CPU in the system, so some CPU's wil be more "loaded" than others at
times.

Use mpstat to check the usage of each processor.
