Do they have a diag switch?  I think that BSD bob had some trouble
convincing his 3/80 to output to the serial, but I don't know how he fixed
it.  Pull the FB, and make sure there's no keyboard.  My 4/330 has to have
the switch set to diag, but I only boot it up a couple of times a year...
I think it's time to get Tim to clean out his mailbox again... :)
