"newly certified" wont get you bucks, but "certified with 1-2 years experience"
should get you anywhere from $50k (low end) to 100k+ (high end) in Dallas.

Here in Austin, sysadmin salaries run anywhere from $35k to ~$100k, depending
on skillset (if you know Oracle adn have an Oracle DBA cert, you can rake in
the bucks; just plain sysadmin will get you 45-65ish..)
