Resist this at all costs.  My cellphone has a pager, emailer, etc built into
it - I'm never away from work with this thing.  Even the computers are
emailing me!  The instant a service goes down, Whats Up Gold and Optivity
both send me emails and pages to my cellphone.  Normall the guys in the NOC
have already fixed the issue - but I still get the annoying beeps.
