[SunRescue] File Manager in Sol 2.6

Has anyone ever heard of the
CDE "File Manager" application
in Solaris 2.6 causing lock-ups
and  file system damage on
Enterprise systems?  If so, are
there any revelant patches or
documentation around?  I'd
really appreciate an answer
to this, because I`d swear there
was no problem with this application.
