Peter, do you still have the Voyager?
I may be able to make one of my SPARCbooks available...
Let me know,
Thanks,
Ken

Subject: [SunRescue] Buncha Sun stuff for trade/swap/etc.
Those who know me know that I have this odd tendancy to collect Sun stuff
(I once had the biggest collection of Multibus boards in the known
universe!). Things are getting a mite crowded in my den, so I am looking
to trade off some stuff. (I do not like to sell stuff as a rule, I prefer
new toys in order to "reconfigure" my clutter. <g>)
So, below is stuff up for consideration. I've also included a list of
things I am interested in finding, but feel free to offer anything...
Also, keep in mind that I did not detail some stuff like disks, I can if
anybody is looking for anything specific.
In trade, I am looking for:
32M Voyager RAM cards
Sun 386i parts
64M DIMMs for SS10/20
Ross HS-90 MBUS CPU (511-6224)
Good Sun CD-ROM drives
scsi cables (50-pin mini-scsi especially, as well as terminators)
10/100 hubs
Any Mac stuff that's cool.
Portable Sparcstation (sparcbook) or mac laptops.
------The List - quantity is in () --------
SS5/110, currently with single 7200 RPM 9G disk, 136M RAM, TGX graphics
(501-2922), Fast SCSI/Ethernet card (501-2015).
SS10/quad Ross HS-55 (256K cache each), ROM rev 2.25, 128M, TGX
(501-2922), Fast SCSI/Ethernet (501-2015), single 4G seagate hawk. Runs
surprisingly cool for a quad-CPU box. Plus, the Ross modules are
single-width, so all Sbus slots are available.
SPARCstation voyager, 80M/2.1G, with carrying case, 0riginal modem, type
5c keyboard, etc. I also still have the original Sun 340M drive.
(4) Bare Sparc10, varying ROM revs. (If anybody has an EPROM burner, I can
duplicate the 2.25 ROM in the loaded system)
(1) Bare SS5/110
(1) Bare SS5/85
(2) 64M SS2's - I can put whatever video/disk in as necessary.
(7) 4 disk pack: (narrow scsi, some 4x1G, 4x2G, 4x2G 7200 RPM)
(7) 1.3G FH disk pack (narrow scsi)
MBus CPU's:
511-6224 Ross HS-90. (If I can't find a second one, I'd let this one go.)
(2) 501-2570 SM40's (40MHz, no E$, can be paired)
(2) 501-2239 SM30's (36MHz, no E$, cannot be paired)
501-2219 SM40 (40MHz, No E$, cannot be paired)
SBUS cards:
Video:
501-8044 CG3
501-1645 Dual-slot CG6 (4c only)
501-1717 Dual-slot GXplus
501-1996 GX
SCSI:
(2) 501-1759 SCSI (SSHA) 4c only
(3) 501-1850 SCSI (SSHA) most sbus systems
(2) 501-2015 Fast SCSI/Ethernet all sbus
501-1920 Diff SCSI/Ethernet
Ethernet:
(4) 501-2062 QuadEthernet (SQEC/S) last supported in 2.6
Misc:
(2) 501-2603 SunISDN BRI/SBI last supported in 2.5.1
Plus all sorts of disks - lots of 424's, a few 500's, a couple of SCA full-
height 3.5" 4G drives, etc. Plus 30-pin SIMMs (1M & 4M), bunch of misc crap.
