[SunRescue] what is a Netra?

We have an e150 at work, and it is identical to an older netra I saw at another
site.  The e150 is an Ultra1-170 in a big ugly case with many layers of metal 
and foam (probably heat conductive foam).  If it's the same netra, that's what
it is.  However, there are a number of netra models.
