[SunRescue] SunLX Power supply questions

Ok, this one has always gotten me with computer power supplies. That
input is rated at ~600 watts (6amps times 100volts rms). That means it's
output should be somewhere in the range of 300-500 watts (assuming a
normal to terrible effic %). Since as you mentioned that is a 70watt
power supply, what gives?
