First question:  how much RAM do you have?

Second question:  what color depth (bit depth) are you running at?

Third question:  what kind of RAM do you have?  There is 2-2-2, 3-2-2 and
3-3-3 .  Speed difference between 222 and 333 is substantial.

Have you tried the point and click port scanner yet?
