M48T02 series, as advised in the FAQ.

I got either the 150 ns or 200 ns version, Mouser part numbers 511-M48T0215PC1 
and 511-M48T0220PC1 respectively.  These are both priced at $12.80 today 
(quantity 1).

Note Mike Nicewonger's warning about the 200ns ones from Mouser.  I bought 
mine last fall.
