Fellows, fellows - you simply redirect your interested ports
(telnet/FTP/WWW/etc) to a machine *inside* your network, or you define a DMZ
host that is wide open on all ports.

The Linksys lets me hang my SS/5-110 machine out for all to attack (right
now a wide-open RH Linux machine, haven't invested any time to secure it) -
it is at n2vip.dyndns.org.

That is my server, sitting on the internet as my DMZ machine. I will
eventually use port filtering to limit access, but for now, what the hey -
if anyone wants to crash it, all I lose is my current SETI at Home packet ;^)

Yes, you could hang your *robust* IPX off it and get all those other
services you already have set up. Really, these are nice boxes... Take a
look at the manuals, they are quite capable...

Ken
