a tiny drop of Locktite (tm) or such helps to keep the half-in screw from
migrating out, as well.
Rubber surgical tubing, (like the rubber bands from the more powerful 'Wrist
Rocket' slingshots can make good grommets if snipped to the right length and
combined with the right sized screws.
