Guy around here drives an old early-80s Blazer or such, and has dark tinted
windows on the back.  On these, are stuck-on white 3" letters:

I LUV U
NYC 9 11 01
MY HM TOWN

And, the other day I saw him cut off a guy and flip him the bird.
I thought 'Yep, guess so..'
