[rescue] DEC diff<->SE converter FS/FT

I've got a DEC differential-to-SE SCSI converter board/module
for sale or trade for something interesting.

Has two VHDCI connectors, one on each end, and a standard 4-pin
(HD-like) power connector.

This is a either a DWZZA-MA or DWZZB-MA, as described in:

http://www.compaq.com/products/quickspecs/SOC/QB00F0PF.PDF

Lets you have 16-bit F/W HVDifferential scsi on one side and
8-bit SE SCSI on the other.
