 Anyone ever been to Germany? they spread salted pork pat on bread, call
 it
 "Scmaltz" and are quite happy.  If you take the view that "Fat is Fat",
 how is it any more disgusting than bread and butter, or bread with
 olive oil? (yummy fave of mine)
