Second time lucky, this might go to the list instead of just to Jon :P

Hehe thanks for all the examples.. I eventually went with the simple and
non-bitchy approach (in an e-mail) and they also accepted my two week
notice period (even
though my contract says 1 month :)

Now I need to begin transferring my domains away from their nameservers
and find a new home for my co-located server... you really do build up a
lot of crap in your desk when you have been at a company for three years!
