Raritan has a good video/KB/Mouse convertor available, it's a little pricy 
(arouhnd $150 I think)

just 'cause it's in a metal case, not plastic :)

and sun makes a KB / mouse convertor, you'll still have to get something 
for the video though (13W3 to VGA adaptor)
