[SunRescue] scsi cable order

My IPX was recently moved from one house to another.  After reconstructing
the units (main unit plus CD case, 911 case, and an external cabinet
containing a disk and tape drive), it no longer boots.  The error message
has something to do with locating the boot disk "device 00:11" or something
similar.

I'm not certain that the 'order' of the scsi cabling is the same, i.e.,
whether the main unit plugged first into the CD or the 911 case.
