You can use a 501-1131 2MB or a 501-1132 4MB memory board for expansion.

UE Uncorrectable error (when lit) RED
CE Correctable error (when lit) YELLOW
DIS CPU access disabled (when lit) YELLOW
CPU CPU accessing memory GREEN
When the 3/200 CPU configures the board the DIS light should go out.

The CPU goes in slot 1 (far left) and the memory board goes in slot 2.
It should work like that.
